Hi, I’m Heather, the baker behind The Sourdough Bee (previoulsy known as Busy Bee Bread Co.) Life can be wonderfully full, and like my nickname “Bee,” I’m usually buzzing from one thing to the next. But baking slows me down. It’s my way to stop and savor, to breathe in the simple joy of creating something by hand.
